I am an experienced and highly qualified psychotherapist and counsellor working in Kirkstall, Leeds. I am qualified and accredited separately both as a counsellor and as a psychotherapist.
I have training and qualifications in different approaches, including Transactional Analysis, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Person Centred Counselling and Art Therapy. Please look on the qualifications page for more details.
I have been working in private practice for over fifteen years, and am very experienced in working with clients with a whole variety of difficulties and issues.
As a counsellor and psychotherapist in Leeds, I work with individuals and couples, and offer both short term and long term counselling or psychotherapy. I see clients on behalf of several EAPs (Employee Assistance Providers), where employers pay for up to 6 sessions, and am an external counsellor for NHS Leeds, seeing employees of Leeds Teaching Hospitals Trust and Leeds Community Healthcare Trust. Thus I am very experienced in providing short-term work. Other clients find longer term work useful, perhaps because they want to look more deeply into an issue, or because it has more wide ranging implications.
I also offer counselling supervision in the West Yorkshire area to counsellors and trainee counsellors.

My counselling and psychotherapy practice is in Kirkstall,Leeds and is in easy reach of most of the city, e.g. Horsforth, Pudsey, Farsley, Bramley, Headingley, Hyde Park, Chapel Allerton etc.
My practice is near the Leeds Bradford Road and the A65 and is easily accessible from Bradford, Shipley, Bingley, Keithley, Wakefield, Otley and York.
